Build a Burger

I don’t know if the owners of Halifax have been inspired by the Build a Bear concept, but at Halifax, you can build your own burger.

First you have to choose between beef, chicken or vegetarian beef. Then  it is time to decide the accompaniment (french fries, baked mashed potatoes, nachos or salad) and dip.

Finally you have to choose a burger version: e.g. classical Copenhagen style, Liverpool style or maybe a Bangkok burger.

And why not drink a Danish brewed micro beer with the burger.
